These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BravaFit website, services, and Pilates studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use BravaFit services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to participate in classes.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Pilates involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating in BravaFit classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

3. Memberships, Classes, and Payments

  • Class packages, memberships, and pricing are subject to change.

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Missed classes or late cancellations may be subject to fees, according to studio policy.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by BravaFit’s posted studio policies. No guarantees are made for refunds unless required by law.

5. Studio Rules and Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow instructor guidance and studio rules

  • Treat staff and clients with respect

  • Arrive on time and use equipment properly

BravaFit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the BravaFit website, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the property of BravaFit and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BravaFit shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in classes, use of the website, or studio facilities.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BravaFit, its owners, instructors, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which BravaFit operates.
