  • You don’t need to bring anything with you. Our studio is fully equipped with all the Pilates equipment and props you’ll need for class. Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Yes, Pilates is very beginner-friendly and accessible for all levels. We offer a dedicated beginner class for those who are newer to Pilates or looking for a slower-paced, more foundational experience, while still providing options to grow as you build confidence and strength.

  • We offer a variety of Pilates classes designed to support strength, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness. Our classes focus on controlled movement, core strength, and mindful alignment, all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
