Cancellation policy
Cancellation window: Classes must be canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellation fee: $30 charged for cancellations made within 6 hours of class
No-show fee: $30 charged if you do not cancel and do not attend
Membership freeze
Notice required: Freeze requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the desired start date.
Freeze fee$15 / month for each month the membership is frozen
Maximum freeze duration: Memberships may be frozen for up to 2 consecutive months.
To request a freeze, please contact the studio directly. Freeze periods are not prorated for partial months.
Studio requirements
Grip socks: Grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes. They may be purchased at the studio if needed.
